Your Mission:

As part of Supernova's Materials team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, characterization, and validation of next-generation materials for our Viscous Lithography Manufacturing (VLM) technology. Your work will contribute directly to improving material performance, reliability, and manufacturability, helping accelerate the adoption of additive manufacturing for end-use applications.

This hands-on role combines laboratory work, and data analysis. To excel in this position, you must have a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and a passion for scientific problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, mixing, and formulation of novel materials for additive manufacturing applications.
  • Support material characterization activities, including rheological, thermal, mechanical, and chemical testing.
  • Prepare samples and execute laboratory experiments following established scientific protocols.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory and testing equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Document experimental procedures, test results, and observations in a structured and reproducible manner.
  • Analyze experimental data and contribute to material performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
  • Support the Materials and Engineering teams in material validation, testing campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.


About you:

  • Fresh graduate or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in materials development, formulation, and characterization.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience through academic projects, internships, or research activities.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and material testing methodologies is a plus.
  • Organized and analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and scientific rigor.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.
