Job purpose

Quality assurance (QA) is any systematic process of determining whether a product or service meets specified requirements.

QA establishes and maintains set requirements for developing or manufacturing reliable products. A quality assurance system is meant to increase customer confidence and a company's credibility.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the field "screening team" on product issues. Identification, analysis, evaluation and recording of key data.
• Monitoring of processes. Design actions to avoid issues/malfunctions for recurring.
• Identify best practices and development guides. Lean processes for superior performance.
• Definition and leadership of actions of the company's portfolio performance improvement plan. Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
• Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
• Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.

Required Qualifications:

• Master/ B.A in Industrial Engineer or Telecommunications.
• Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in Radio Engineering (propagation, antenna...)
• Experience in execute thorough investigations of all encountered problems during the drive test (dropped connections, setup failures, handover problems, … )
• Experience in quality role.
• Available to travel.
• Strong problem-solving skills. High drive and delivery level.
• Good interpersonal, relationship-building skills and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Able to be flexible and determine changing priorities.
• High-class communication and leadership skills.
