We now have the opportunity to incorporate a Group Finance Controller to deliver accurate, timely and well-presented reporting of IT results and forecasts. Supports planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information; recommending actions. Contributes to the reporting cycle, monthly internal reports, and budget/forecast reporting for local & group management. Moreover, delivery of group information requests is a key part of the role. The Group IT Financial controller analyst also support the area with ad-hoc requests.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

First year priorities:

• Establish common, clear policies, processes and templates required across all clusters to standardize IT budgeting across the company.
• Recommend and implement a streamlined IT recharge process to the countries.
• Develop the business cases with the CIO to determine company blueprint and drive choices in terms of business IT applications (telephony/call center, ERP, booking assignment, leads management system, salesforce activity tracking, etc.).
• Maximize value creation from the Verisure vertically integrated model

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT resource allocation to align with business strategies and initiative plan.
• Develops and leverages tools and KPIs to analyze IT projects, enhance throughput and value creation.
• Consolidate budgeting processes, incl. mid-year rolling budget updates, and Long Range Plan. Establishes appropriate level of spending short and long term.
• Runs monthly budget review to go through operational and project spend
• Oversee all IT Finance resources.
• Serves as liaison between cluster IT and Group on finance and controlling related topics.
• Works with CIO leadteam to create, maintain and analyze through strategic budget framework (spend categorization, such as employee, customer, volume-driven or project categories).

The Group IT Controller will report to the Group IT Financial Controller Manager and will be responsible for performing financial reporting and auditing on IT expenditures throughout the year, participate in monthly IT review meetings, and provide financial analysis and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree.
• From 4 to 7 years of experience in similar position, Strategy and/or Finance (FP&A/Tech controller).
• Experience in analysis of large volumes of information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proven experience in building data models.
• Experience with HFM consolidation software, preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning.
• Highly organized, process minded and able to juggle multiple and simultaneous demands Resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Business fluent in English.
