Big Data Security Consultant

Accenture is seeking a Big Data Security Consultant to be assigned to its office located in Barcelona or Madrid (Spain). Applicants must have Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering Degree or a related field and full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience and/or knowledge in other fields of Information Security (Security Strategy, Application Security, Data Privacy, Micro-services, Infrastructure Security) is valuable.

Selected candidates will take part in Big Data Security and other Security projects in global & leading companies operating different markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Definition of overall Big Data security architecture

•         Security requirements gathering and definition

•         Security solution proposal, applying Security in depth principle

•         Big Data security architecture solutions evaluation.

  Minimum of 4 years experience in an information security field.

•         Minimum of 1 year experience of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Data Lakes, EMR, etc…).

•         Knowledge of Information security frameworks and methodologies (e.g. ISF, NIST, ISO, Open Security Architecture, Cloud Security Alliance etc.)

•         SQL & Database knowledge is a must.

•         Experience with NoSQL Databases.

•         Knowledge of Data Access Control in Big Data Systems

•         Used to work in a changing environment and to multitask

•         User Access control knowledge on multiple domains (DA, LDAP, Kerberos)

•         Understanding of Cybersecurity, including detection, prevention and response tools and processes

•         Basic Data Encryption (at rest and in transit) understanding (SSE, CSE, TLS, etc)

NICE TO HAVE

•         ETL experience

•         Data Governance and Data Lineage knowledge & tools

•         Centralized Key Management systems knowledge

•         Security Monitoring Tools

•         Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) experience

QUALIFICATIONS

•         Technical / Senior Engineer in Computer Science or Telecommunications with at least 3 years of experience in security architecture

•         Valuable certifications such as CISSP, CISA

•         High English level
