Role Overview

As we begin our international expansion, we're looking for a Madrid-based Marketing Manager to support client relationships, creator partnerships, and campaign execution in the Spanish market, working closely with our Dubai team. This is a chance to join a fast-growing company at an early stage and help shape luma's presence in Spain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support client meetings and relationship management in Spain
• Coordinate campaign delivery with luma's Dubai-based team
• Contribute to proposals and marketing strategies
• Support the sourcing and coordination of creator and influencer partnerships
• Assist with project management and campaign execution
• Monitor market trends and surface new business opportunities
• Represent luma at relevant industry events and networking opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• 4–6 years in marketing, influencer marketing, communications, or agency environments
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Experience with creators, influencers, or digital campaigns highly desirable
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Madrid or willing to travel within Spain
