We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant ready to take the next step in their career through an exciting relocation opportunity to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This role offers the chance to work directly with the CEO of a leading international group, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, global operations and senior stakeholders across multiple markets while enjoying the experience of living in one of Asia's most vibrant and international cities.

What you'll do

• Manage a complex executive calendar and international travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports and executive communications.
• Support strategic initiatives and business projects.
• Ensure effective follow-up on key priorities and action plans.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in a fast-paced international environment.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience supporting C-Level executives or senior leadership teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and attention to detail.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

What we offer

• Relocation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Net salary of USD 6,000 – 6,500 per month.
