Lo que vas a hacer

We are looking for interns to join the team in the different areas,
based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities in Client Success

  • Create, actívate and follow up the product for new clients.
  • Follow up of the onboarding process.
  • Set up proposal and improvement of the tool for hotels.
  • Test the tool for new developments.
  • Market research.
  • Create and update Powerpoint presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with the tech team the new functionality implementation
  • Testing statistics

Responsibilities in Marketing

  • Help with the organization and promotion of events
  • Monitor the brand's activity on social media
  • Support PR activities
  • Assist with emailing campaigns
  • Generate landing pages
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations in multiple languages
  • Upload text or image changes to the website using a content management tool
  • Compile weekly and monthly reporting of marketing activities
  • Participate in marketing meetings and provide support to the team when necessary

Responsibilities in Sales

  • Create reports in the CRM for the Sales team
  • Help the Sales cleaning some data in the CRM
  • Make recommendations and screenshots to standardise the CRM views for everyone, views in our back office
  • Help the Sales team to find out contacts in OxyLeads for the Top 300 Accounts project
  • Call to schedule demos

  • Currently doing a degree in business studies, marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field ("Convenio de Prácticas" obligatory)
  • Proficency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Active Internet and social media user
  • Experience in tools such as Google Analytics, emailing automation or other web tools would be beneficial
  • Fluent English is a must, other European languages valued
