IT Chapter Lead - Consumer Lending

Your role and work environment:

As Consumer Lending IT Chapter Lead you´ll be responsible of the following products:

• Current loans: preapproved, OnDemand, OnePay, Payroll in advance, etc.
• Fraud (Experian and Confirma)
• Bureaus (Experian & Asnef)

Your key responsibilities:

• People development: Lead a chapter and Develop a proud, top performing and diverse tech team, that every tech person wishes to join. Increase Team autonomy
• Efficiency productivity: Shorter time to market
• Harness product end to end: understanding products and looking for efficiencies in their behaivour and landscape rartionalization
• Software Engineering: Increase Modularity,Scalability & flexibility and Sustainable Tech. Delivery execution, providen best solutions and responding fast to users neededs, and IT risk compliance
• Budget management
• Being your key stakeholder's right hand: aligning tech transformation with business evolution taking advantage of business needed to transfomate and innovate
• Support in Production: by analysis and fixing any bugs that occurs. Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter. Extracting lessons leraned from errors.
• Resilience-by-design and proactive incident management: awarenes and sessibility of the impact in customers
• End to End Product Ownership: The ITCL, within its domain, in collaboration with key stakeholders, harness product delivery
• Efficiency: Focus on product change and run efficiency to achieve a healthier and sustainable tech landscape
• Networking: colaborando con otras tribus del banco para alinear necesidades and succes in bank tranformation
• Ensure a highly skilled and motivated chapter: that shares knowledge and lessos learned
• Ensure a safe, open, experimental, continuous learning, collaborative culture
• Help improve our engineering practices
• Responsible of the transformation agenda applicable to the assets of the subdomain
• Responsible of keeping the alignment with group standards
• Responsible of ensuring the required levels of service in all environments with the assets under scope

What are we looking for?

Proven track record and technical skills

Essential:

• Engineering’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Passionate
• Strong analytical, people management and communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Broad net working inside the bank
• Able to work in an autonomous way and to take initiative
• Improvement spirit looking for better solutions and questioning the what for we do the things
• Loving to collaborate with different people
• Making things happen and ‘can do’ attitude
• DevOps and Agile culture

Nice to have:

• Preferably with managerial experience within an agile organization, and inspiration to continuing working in this matter.
• Without fear of escalating problems within the Group
