Your mission:

As a Front Desk Trainee, your mission is to support the Spa Reception team in providing an exceptional and personalized experience to our guests. You will be one of the first points of contact for spa visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient reservation management, and outstanding customer service.

Your tasks will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting spa guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing spa reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries
  • Supporting daily spa reception and front desk operations
  • Assisting guests with information about treatments, facilities, services, and products
  • Coordinating appointments and schedules with therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and reservation requests efficiently
  • Processing guest check-ins, check-outs, and payments when required
  • Ensuring reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and well presented
  • Handling guest requests and helping resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Supporting administrative and operational tasks related to Spa Reception

What we're looking for:

Education: Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail. Well organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable using digital tools and reservation systems.

Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Other: Passion for hospitality, wellness, and teamwork. Previous customer service, reception, or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
