Lo que vas a hacer
After internal training, you will be able to take over the following responsibilities:
- Exhaustive Search and Selection of candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and participate in the presential interviews
- Working closely with Senior consultants and support them in their projects
- Develop the database and develop detailed Job Desriptions
- Create and translate reports in English, Spanish and German related to specific HR projects
- Conduct market research through various methods
- Commercial tasks for specific sectors

Qué es lo que pedimos
