Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineering student or a Higher Vocational Training graduate in technical specializations to join the Facilities & Services department as an intern within the Engineering & Hard Services area.

The main objective of this role will be to support the project aimed at organizing and digitalizing technical asset information for its integration into management tools (CMMS), directly contributing to maintenance optimization and the preparation of future tendering processes.

The selected candidate will provide support in two main areas:

• Monitoring the maintenance and service plan within the department.
• Active participation in the tendering process for maintenance services of assets across Spain and Portugal. This will include generating the asset inventory for the main facility systems (HVAC, fire protection systems, electrical systems, etc.) and analyzing the proposals submitted by suppliers.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervision and monitoring of the maintenance plan.
• Keeping technical and regulatory documentation up to date (drawings, schematics, etc.).
• Asset inventory management and data upload into the management software.
• General document control of the facilities.

Networking/Key relationships

Interacting with department staff and external service providers.

Minimum Knowledge:

• Engineering students.
• Industrial Organization Engineering

Skills & Capabilities:

• Basic technical knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Office 365.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software
