Master Data and Process Specialist (part-time) - Supply Chain

About the Role


As a Master Data and Process Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and compliant master data across the EMEA region. You will contribute to process improvements, support regional and global initiatives, and collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Trade Compliance, and Master Data Governance.

In this role, you will help shape how key operational processes are designed, documented, and executed—supporting data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across the region.


This is a part-time, permanent position , based in either Uithoorn (Netherlands) or Barcelona (Spain) .

What will you do?

  • Support and coordinate process improvement projects, including regional and global Master Data and Process initiatives
  • Identify and help implement improvements to processes, procedures, and work instructions in line with business needs and local regulatory requirements
  • Create, review, and map process documentation (e.g., process flows, procedures, and work instructions) in collaboration with project teams
  • Ensure updated documentation is published in the QH Quality Management System and support training for end users
  • Set up new items in the ERP system and collaborate with local teams using different ERP systems to ensure operational readiness
  • Coordinate item-voiding processes and maintain accurate system records
  • Conduct regular master data audits and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Collaborate with regional subject matter experts and contribute to cross-functional projects impacting master data or process design
  • Support consistency in regional Supply Chain and Operations processes and assist in day-to-day monitoring


What are we looking for?

Experience & Education:

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, with strong ERP knowledge (typically around 5 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and regions
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with JD Edwards is an advantage

Languages:

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Additional European languages are a plus
