Outsourcing professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. We are looking for a Team lead accountant Outsourcing Services, you will be responsible for
'• Accounting expertise: accounting, taxes, payrolls, tangible assets, financial analysis.
• Coordinate monthly financial records and account reconciliations
• Interlocution with clients
• Monthly and trimester supervision reports
• Personnel management (up to 40 people)
• Standardisation and optimization of procedures
• Setting and coordination of Back Office-Front Office tasks
• Results and KPIs analysis and metrics
Professional Skill Requirements
· High English level
· Experience in personnel management (up to 20 people)
· Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
· Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
