As a Sports & Events specialist you’ll support the Country Sports Manager in executing project and programs and take self responsibility for selected projects, with a very high innovative and professional level. You´ll contribute to make Red Bull the most inspirational and innovative brand in the field of Events around the world. You leverage global Red Bull content in sports scenes and supports interesting 3rd party projects with a Red Bull fitting approach.

Assist the sports team in in- and out- office affairs and tasks of all kinds
Always have the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single initiative and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital & social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity
Support national event manager in organizing events by taking over defined parts of bigger projects and realizing Small Fires on his/her own
Merchandising development and coordination in national wide events (design with a creative agency, business model and budgeting, sales targets)
Hospitality and participants’ coordination in own national wide events
Manage project budgets
Come up with new ideas for events and sports
Co-ordinate event tools workflows and ware house affaires
Contribute unique stories, interesting topics, new formats and top media content all year round
Have an eye on new developments in sports to create new concepts and find new opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining numerous relationships with non-Red Bull event promoters, agencies, federations, officials and sport decision-makers in various sports
Build up a network of contacts in relevant mainstream sports including the E-Sports and Gaming scene.
Help execute and further develop the E-Sports and Gaming approach within own events and third party events.
Work experience in sports industry, sport- events- or marketing agency, sport institution/federation.
Experience in mainstream sport events (E-Sports, Gaming, football, endurance sports…).
Ability to manage budget.
Creative, innovative and open-minded.
An understanding of sports-performance, specialist knowledge and experience.
Self-conscious, sporty, motivated, loyal, communicative,stress-resistant, calm.
Balanced view across variety of different sports
Has strong individuality, but is a team player. C apable of working in a team.
