Job Title: Sales Operation Specialist (E-commerce) – EU Region
Location: Madrid, Spain
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Positioning of the role
Pan-European e‑commerce Sales & Operations Assistant, with a core focus on executing and implementing processes in the Amazon 1P (Vendor) backend. Supports day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations and fulfillment loop for the Europe region and serves as the team’s “execution and implementation” guarantor.
Job Description:
Amazon 1P Vendor Center backend operations
- Handle daily 1P backend tasks: receiving PO orders, tracking statuses, executing orders, and maintaining data.
- Proficiently operate Vendor Center: upload Direct Import (DI) files, validate data, troubleshoot error reports, and ensure accurate information synchronization.
- Follow PO orders through the full lifecycle from receipt and ordering to fulfillment, coordinating with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure execution efficiency.
- Resolve 1P backend order exceptions (e.g., status updates, reconciliation of accounting data) and drive issues to closure.
Multi‑channel fulfillment process coordination (Customer Service / Logistics / IT)
- Assist in coordinating end‑to‑end forward and reverse fulfillment processes, linking Sales, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Finance.
- Support integration and testing of fulfillment systems for channels such as Amazon, Joybuy, TikTok (forward and reverse flows) to ensure smooth business processes.
- Track shipping, inbound, and receiving statuses; coordinate resolution of common logistics and warehousing issues.
Product operations and basic data maintenance
- Help maintain multi‑channel product information, verify basic SKU information, and manage order, fulfillment, and inventory related data.
- Support the standardization and implementation of channel policies, and help ensure multi‑site compliance and process alignment.
- Provide daily operational support for the department, manage departmental demo/sample inventory records, register marketing sample units, and improve resource turnover efficiency.
Requirements:
- Valid authorization to work full-time in Spain
- Chinese Mandarin language skill is a must and good level of English in reading and writing.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon 1P (Vendor) Vendor Center backend; familiar with PO processing, DI file uploads, and related core workflows.
- Understanding of basic Amazon Europe marketplace operations and clear awareness of order fulfillment and system integrations.
- Associate degree or higher; 1to2 years of e‑commerce operations / order fulfillment / backend execution experience; experience with 3C digital products preferred.
- Detail‑oriented, diligent and reliable: numerically sensitive, able to handle detailed tasks, capable of managing execution across multiple channels and sites simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility: proactive follow‑up, able to independently close out routine issues, and communicate across departments.
