We are currently seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the growth and development of our Contract Logistics business within a key region.

This is a mandate for a high-impact strategist—someone who thrives on building capabilities, driving profitability, and navigating the complexities of modern supply chain ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our product growth strategy, expanding our business footprint, and ensuring operational excellence across a diverse portfolio.

Key Mandates:

• Strategic Growth: Architect and execute the regional roadmap, focusing on business development, customer acquisition, and profitable expansion.
• Operational Excellence: Lead P&L management, oversee investment initiatives in key markets, and optimize asset utilization and cost-to-serve.
• Collaborative Innovation: Drive partnerships and Joint-ventures to accelerate capability development while aligning closely with our global Solution Design Center of Excellence.
• Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of agility, resilience, and results.

What we are looking for:

• Proven Track Record: 10+ years of senior-level experience within a major 3PL, with deep expertise in P&L management, Solution Design, and Operations.
• Vertical Expertise: Experience navigating complex requirements across EV, Retail, Lifesciences, Enterprise Electronics Verticals.
• Influence & Diplomacy: A sophisticated communicator capable of engaging with C-suite stakeholders and managing cross-functional global teams with ease.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of WMS/TMS environments and a background in Program Management.
