We’re Hiring | Medical Science Liaison – Hematology & Nephrology | Spain MADRID

An exciting opportunity to join Medical Affairs organization as a Medical Science Liaison supporting Hematology and Nephrology across key territories in Spain.

This role will focus on scientific engagement with the medical community through high-quality education, evidence-based scientific exchange, and strategic collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in Hematology & Nephrology therapeutic areas

• Engage and build strong relationships with KOLs and HCPs

• Deliver compliant scientific exchange and medical education

• Gather actionable medical insights supporting strategy and patient outcomes

• Participate in regional, national & international scientific congresses

• Support Investigator-Initiated Studies and cross-functional medical initiatives

⚕ What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Science or Medicine (MD, PhD or PharmD preferred)

• 2-3 years of MSL experience within pharma/biopharma

• Experience in hematology, nephrology, rare diseases or specialty care is highly valued

• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ideally based in Madrid, covering Madrid, Cataluña and selected northwest territories
