Lo que vas a hacer
We’re looking for self-motivated, confident Front Desk Manager. You’ll be energetic, friendly, proactive and an excellent communicator. You’ll relish variety in your role from welcoming new clients into the Studio to ensuring our high brand standards (from cleaning/tidying to retail organisation) are maintained at all times. You’ll be available to work early morning, evening and weekend shifts. No 9 to 5 mentality but a client first mentality goes over your own priorities.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a great smile, care and understanding
- Signing them into classes by following the TSY process
- Advising clients on the best TSY packages/Memberships for them
- Conducting welcome tours
- Opening/closing studio out of hours
- Answering the phone and responding to email enquiries
- Client follow up via phone calls/emails/text
- Create excellent relationship with clients and remember everyone with their name – good memory skills needed
- Up-keeping high brand standards in Studio at all times
- Maintaining the friendly, vibrant in Studio atmosphere that TSY is renowned for
- Manage timetable changes and deal with teacher substitutions
- Oversee and handle payment collections from customers
- Maintain the reception area and facility clean, professional and organized
- Maintain the administration systems to be accurate and assist in reporting
- Administration and communications for supplier's goods and services
- Assist with other jobs as needed by doctors and co-workers
- Take photos of classes where possible for marketing purposes

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Mínimo estudios universitarios requeridos Educacion Deportiva
- good communicators and passionate about sports
- University Degree or working towards it
- Fitness – Yoga enthusiast currently practising sports
- Outstanding interpersonal, communications and customer relations skills
- Ability to remember faces and names
- Excellent computer and telephone skills
- Good Knowledge of Excel and good with technology
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English (extra language is a plus)
- A natural drive to always deliver excellence and attention to detail
- Optimistic, motivated, planning, accurate and organized
- No 9 to 5 mentality (a customer first mentality goes over own priorities)
- General education degree or working towards (fitness/yoga training is a plus)
- Experience in Marketing/Social Media marketing is a plus
- Good knowledge of common terminologies in fitness and yoga
- Work experience in a gym or a boutique fitness studio or similar service environment
