We are Wizards Only:  a creative agency born in Barcelona in 2025, shaping how brands speak, look, and feel in the world. We move fast, think in culture, and work with brands that want to mean something.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just create content, someone who thinks in narratives.

BRANDING & VISUAL IDENTITY: assembling brands that tell stories.

ART DIRECTION & SHOOTS: curating images that define aesthetics.

BRAND ACTIVATIONS & EVENTS: designing experiences that make an impact.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & CONTENT: crafting digital strategies that build community.

You'll work hand in hand with our Creative Director as a creative duo. Your territory: words, narratives, social media concepts and the cultural codes that make a brand feel real and relevant.

This isn't a "post content" role. It's a thinking role:  from concept to copy, from platform strategy to the one line that makes everything click.

Who you are: you think in references. You read culture as fast as you scroll. You can turn a brand truth into a compelling story, a social campaign into a cultural moment, and you know what makes a caption, a concept, or a narrative actually land.

→ Build brand narratives: define tone of voice, storytelling lines, and conceptual frameworks for each partner.

→ Lead social media concepts: from campaign ideation to platform-specific execution across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Creating content calendars and campaigns for our clients. 

 → Write copy that resonates: captions, manifesto texts, campaign headlines, naming:  words that carry weight

 → Collaborate with art direction: translate concepts into creative briefs that feed the visual team.

→ Stay culturally wired: track what's moving in fashion, art, music, digital culture, and bring it into the work

 → Present and defend ideas: communicate creative concepts to partners with clarity and conviction.

→ 4+ years of experience in advertising, branding or in-house at a brand with a strong creative culture

 → Deep knowledge of social media platforms as a strategist who understands formats, codes, and what actually performs

 → Strong copywriting skills in Spanish & English: you know how tone changes everything

→ Ability to build and defend concepts from insight to execution

 → Genuine cultural curiosity: fashion, art, music, internet culture. You don't just observe:  you connect dots

 → Experience working in fast-paced creative environments where things move and decisions are made

→ Collaborative mindset because you thrive in creative duos and cross-functional teams.
