At our boutique law firm, we specialize in high-stakes M&A, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Private Equity, and Finance. We are currently expanding and looking for a proactive Paralegal to join our team. If you thrive on variety—ranging from complex contract reviews to strategic legal research—we want to meet you!

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a core member of our legal support team, you will act as the engine that keeps our transactions moving smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contractual Support: Reviewing and drafting NDAs, release letters, reliance letters, engagement letters, vendor contracts, fee letters, and lease agreements.
• Compliance & Fund Operations: Filling out due diligence questionnaires, fund subscription agreements, and managing KYC documentation.
• Legal Research: Diving deep into court rulings, legal doctrine, and contractual precedents to support our attorneys.
• Knowledge Management: Maintaining our document repository, organizing templates, and keeping client files up to date.
• Client Relations & Business Development: Drafting service proposals, coordinating email correspondence with international clients, and assisting with workflow distribution.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, tech-savvy, and possesses a sharp legal mind:

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are essential. Our clients are global (UK, USA, France, Germany, etc.), so your communication skills must be top-tier.
• Bonus Points: Proficiency in French or German is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong drafting skills and the ability to navigate complex legal documentation.
• Location: While we offer hybrid and remote work options, being based in Madrid is highly preferred.
