About the Role

We are looking for an English-speaking Family & Operations Manager to join our family and company for the long term.

This is not a traditional nanny or au pair role. It is a unique opportunity to become part of both our family life and the long-term growth journey of YOUNG — a venture group building companies across hospitality, media, lifestyle, and real estate.

During the first years, your focus will be divided between:

supporting our family and children

and contributing to the operational side of YOUNG

As trust, experience, and responsibilities grow, there will be strong opportunities to develop further within YOUNG into a more business-focused role.

We are looking for someone who wants stability, responsibility, growth, and the chance to build something meaningful over multiple years.

About the Family

We are an energetic and positive family of five living near The Hague, close to the beach, dunes, parks, and city centre.

Our three children are 6, 9, and 12 years old. They attend primary and secondary school and have active schedules involving sports, friends, and activities.

You will become an important and trusted part of the family structure — helping create calmness, consistency, warmth, and organisation within daily life.

This role requires flexibility, emotional intelligence, independence, and a proactive mindset.
