What are we looking for?

• Qualified lawyer admitted to the Spanish Bar Association (ICAB). Law Degree and Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and/or commercial litigation at both local and international level.
• Native-level Spanish and Catalan.
• Excellent command of English, equivalent to Advanced or Proficiency level. A language assessment will be part of the selection process.
• Experience drafting procedural documents and attending hearings, trials, and other court proceedings, gained in a prestigious law firm.
• A specialist postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.

What will your responsibilities be?

Drafting and reviewing procedural documents (claims, responses, appeals) under the supervision of senior lawyers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and formal requirements.

Support in the preparation of legal proceedings: preliminary analysis of documentation, drawing up case timelines and liaising with solicitors and clients to gather relevant information.

Monitoring case files and court dates, tracking notifications and procedural deadlines, and updating the status of cases in the firm’s internal systems.

Attending hearings and meetings to support the litigation team, taking notes, preparing documentation and assisting with legal and case law research.
