That is why we are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our Operations team in Barcelona.

This is a high-impact role for an analytical, hands-on, and improvement-driven professional who wants to shape the future of logistics at Heura. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving visibility across the logistics network, optimising costs, and ensuring excellence in food safety and cold chain compliance.

The Challenge

As Logistics Analyst, you will:

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across key logistics processes
• Own logistics analytics and reporting, transforming operational data into actionable insights and decision-making tools
• Coordinate logistics cost controlling and budgeting in close collaboration with Finance, identifying optimisation opportunities across the supply chain
• Monitor carrier and 3PL performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring operational excellence and service reliability
• Support and lead strategic logistics projects focused on efficiency, scalability, and operational optimisation
• Act as Key User for SAP and logistics systems, coordinating IT requirements and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure cold chain compliance and support transport quality management across all logistics operations
• Maintain logistics documentation and support Quality & Food Safety requirements, including audits and product recall processes
• Guide and support the Logistics Intern in daily operations and development

You will feel comfortable, enjoy and do great at this role if you have:

• A strong connection to our mission and the ambition to create meaningful operational impact
• 4+ years of experience as a Logistics Specialist or Logistics Analyst within FMCG environments
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Experience working with logistics KPIs, cost controlling, and operational reporting
• Knowledge of cold chain requirements, transport quality management, and food safety logistics standards
• Hands-on experience with SAP and logistics systems
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
• A continuous improvement mentality and passion for operational excellence
• Fluency in English and Spanish
