Consumer IOT unit is within the New IOT Businesses direction within the CCDO IOT Global unit.
The target of the Consumer IOT unit is to build a value proposition on B2C IOT products: Connected devices that connect end-users with the things that matters them the most

 

MISSION

Global product strategy and vision, portfolio definition and management and commercialization strategies for Consumer IOT at a Corporate level, including and aligning OB plans and strategies.

 

MAIN DUTIES

Global Consumer IOT strategy and vision definition and evolution.
Consumer IOT product portfolio and Go-To-Market definition.
Analysis of the evolution of local Consumer IOT ecosystems and strategic lines within our OBs.
Aligment between the evolution of the Global Consumer IOT portfolio and policies and strategies within our OBs.
Analysis of the ecosystem of partners and competitors (at global and local levels).
Support during the definition of strategy and commercial plans for Consumer IOT portfolio (per OB).
In coordination with Commercial Planning areas, periodic review of the status of commercial deployment for Consumer IOT portfolio.
