Aura's unit leads the development of a new brand relationship model with the customer based on cognitive intelligence and taking advantage of the data that comes from different infrastructures and systems of Telefonica. The mission is structured in three main objetives: let the customers talk with the technology to get the things done, give the customers tools to exercise the transparency and control over their data in a simple way and enrich their lives with data driven use cases.
The definition of a new relationship model needs to acomplish several transversal tasks to coordinate different internal business units, both global and local (per OB), and to set the alignement with external company to develop a third party program from a businees point of view and from a technical point of view.
NATURE OF THE PROBLEMST
The problems that have to be solve are complex in terms of internal dependencies with others business units and infrastructures and in terms of the edge technological nature of Aura. A global perspective and a wide open thinking is needed to afford the resolution of this problems.
