MISSION :

Manage, implement and automatize the Operations group as it transforms with new challenges to ensure the customers an excelent efficency of the operations of our  security products and  managed services.

MAIN DUTIES:

* Coordinate Managed Security Operation (MSS) Group. Ticket organization, Workload management, shift organization.
* First Level Escalation. Customer POC for ticketing, incidences and problem escalation regarding the operation.
* Tools Management: Monitorization Tools, Ticketing. Virtual Environment. Active Directory.
* Security Technologies: SIEM, Cloud Proxy, Antivirus, Firewall, Clean Email, VPN, IPS, IDS, ADDoS.
* Operation and Security Procedures definition for internal operations and for the final customers.
* Automatization.  Tools and Processes.

EDUCATION:

• Higher degree (Computer Science or Telecommunications).
• Security Certifications (CISM, CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, CRISC)
• Network Certifications

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• High technical knowledge (applications and operating systems, vulnerability assessments, security audits, TCP / IP, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, etc.).
• Knowledge of common frameworks for the management of information security (ISO, ITIL, CobiT, NIST, ISACA)
• Knowledge in Risk Analysis and Management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Development of executive presentations
• Advanced knowledge of Software and standard information security Tools.
• Development of processes and definitios

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

3 years Practical experience in the field of SOC operations
3 years Practical experience in the field of IT security
