Descripción del puestoAn excellent opportunity for a Recent Gradute OR Last Year Student engineer to undertake an internship within the Structural Test department in Airbus Defence and Space Getafe.
Becas en AirbusTareas y Misiones principales - ResponsabilidadesThe student will join the structural test systems team, so the following activities will be developed:
1. Static, fatigue and endurance test :
a. Study and develop the equipment necessary to do a test in quality and time from RFT.
b. Study the elements (transducers, actuators, servovalves,..) to use in the test
c. To do the test setup
d. Tuning of test to avoid the instabilities.
e. Prepare the data acquisition system
f. Synchronize all test systems involved in a test
g. Running the test
h. Retrieved the data
2. Vibration test:
a. Configure tests in the vibration bench
b. Running and retrieve data
c. Propose improvements to reduce the test time
3. Calibration
a. Know our calibration procedures
b. Calibration load cell
c. Calibration displacement traducers
4. Structural test data base
a. Management data base “Metrol”
b. Use other laboratory data bases: load cell, actuators, displacement traducers
5. Quality
a. Know our quality procedures
b. How to apply our procedures in our test
6. New technologies
a. Know our measurements systems without contact
b. Development improvements
c. Laboratory digitalization: elimination calibration sheet in papers.
