At HEREU we are looking for a PR Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role will be responsible for amplifying HEREU's brand presence across media, culture and key international markets — coordinating agencies, building relationships with creative partners, and ensuring our story is told consistently and compellingly everywhere it matters.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As PR Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing Director. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing HEREU's communications strategy at a national and international level, ensuring alignment between brand identity and external visibility. We expect you to achieve these objectives:

• Build and consolidate HEREU's presence in top-tier media nationally and internationally
• Ensure a coherent and consistent brand narrative across all PR channels and touchpoints
• Structure and professionalise PR operations and agency coordination
• Develop and nurture a strong network of media contacts, cultural partners and creative collaborators
• Reinforce the brand's cultural positioning through meaningful collaborations and activations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ PR Strategy & Execution

• Coordinate and execute PR strategies with national and international agencies
• Manage PR sample set, seasonal seeding, press materials and Q&A documents
• Organise press days, brand activations and support runway shows and presentations
• Secure high-profile coverage in top-tier print and digital media

▸ Creative Partnerships & Influence

• Identify and nurture relationships with cultural partners: artists, talents and content creators
• Coordinate gifting programmes, influencer campaigns and strategic collaborations

▸ Reporting & Intelligence

• Track KPIs and present monthly and annual PR performance reports
• Benchmark competitors and translate market insights into actionable recommendations

▸ Team

• Supervise and support a junior PR profile (Assistant and/or Intern)

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING

• 3+ years in PR, ideally in fashion, luxury or lifestyle
• Experience coordinating international PR agencies
• Fluent English. French or other languages a strong plus
• Strategic mindset, highly organised, with genuine sensitivity to contemporary culture

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 depending on experience
