As a primary liaison for a prestigious financial institution, you will harmonize advanced digital banking platforms with high-touch, professional service, ensuring an elite experience for a global clientele.

The Mission: Redefining Financial Service

In this capacity, you will operate at the intersection of financial technology and strategic client relations:

• Multichannel Consultancy: Provide expert assistance via phone, email, and digital chat regarding account management, complex transactions, and platform navigation.
• Analytical Resolution: Proactively diagnose client challenges and deliver precise, high-impact solutions.
• Regulatory Integrity: Maintain uncompromising standards of data privacy and adhere to global banking protocols to ensure transactional security.
• Linguistic Synergy: Leverage your Spanish proficiency (B2 level) to interface with internal departments and navigate localized systems.

Professional Development & Onboarding

We prioritize your growth. Before assuming full responsibilities, you will complete an intensive, paid onboarding program designed to transition you into a Fintech Specialist:

• Phase I (Training): 5 weeks of immersive, foundational instruction.
• Training Hours: 09:00 – 15:00.
• Core Curriculum: Mastery of proprietary banking software, international financial regulations, and high-level communication strategies.
• Standard Operations: A consistent 35-hour work week following the certification period.

Candidate Profile

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2) complemented by professional Spanish (B2 minimum).
• Communication Excellence: A sophisticated verbal and written style tailored for a discerning corporate audience.
• Agility & Ambition: A resilient "can-do" attitude. While prior banking experience is valued, we prioritize potential and train for expertise.
• Legal Standing: Current residency in Madrid (or relocation-ready) with valid EU work authorization.
