Position Summary:
The International Enrollment Advisor, Europe is responsible for outreach and activation throughout all of Europe to drive IMG Academy brand awareness at clinics, tournaments, & events. Initiate and utilize strategic relationships with schools, clubs, federations, and IMG Academy ambassadors to drive enrollment across all sports in camp and academy programs.
Position Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Global Sales to execute the outreach and achieve sales targets in camp, academy, and team training programs
- Ability to generate leads via external events and activities
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all outreach in addition to ROI
- Daily communication with strategic relationships created throughout Europe providing updates, support, education on IMGA developments and pertinent communication
- Deliver seminars and presentations to various audiences of families, teams, coaches, schools, federation officials, etc. On behalf of IMG Academy
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of IMG Academy campus, including the Academy programs, Camp Programs and IMGA School
- Demonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of the sport program
- Properly and effectively using the necessary CRM software
- Work closely with marketing department to ensure outreach events are properly resourced with promotional materials, presentation displays, and appropriate collateral
- Attend fairs and seminars with a focus on prospecting families looking to attend camp and/or school abroad
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong decision making, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Thorough understanding of the athletic and school landscape throughout Europe
- Athletic background playing sports throughout Europe
- Outside sales experience managing an assigned territory
- Experience in dealing with international clientele
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with MS Office and database creation/management
- Experience with budgets and expense oversight
- Ability to create and execute marketing plans
- Expert attention to detail
- Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
