Mechanical Support Technician

Do you have experience in mechanics and would like to move into a more technical and stable environment? At Adecco Selección, we’re partnering with the Bosch Car Service network to hire a Mechanical Support Technician who speaks Italian.


If you’re passionate about the automotive world (including electric vehicles) and want to stay connected to the technical side without working directly in a workshop, this opportunity is for you!


What will your role entail?

You’ll provide technical support over the phone to auto repair shops, helping shop managers diagnose and resolve complex issues they can’t solve on their own.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support over the phone to workshops in the Bosch Car Service network.
  • Diagnose breakdowns and propose technical solutions.
  • Provide advice on advanced mechanics (including electric vehicles).
  • Liaise with the Italian market and report daily to the team leader.
  • Manage incidents and log them in internal systems (Excel).
  • Follow up and communicate via email.

Conditions:

  • Full-time: Mon–Fri from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (39 hours/week).

Work arrangement:

  • 100% Remote work if you are out of Madrid. If you are based in Madrid, the position would be hybrid.
  • Initial training (online and/or in-person) and ongoing training.

Compensation: Total: €34,873.20 gross/year.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in mechanics (5+ years and/or experience as a workshop manager is a plus).
  • Knowledge of diagnostics, engine disassembly, and electronic systems.
  • Experience with electric vehicles is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual level in Italian (C2).
  • High level of English (C1+).
  • Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
