We are hiring professionals with strong small business operations knowledge to evaluate AI-generated responses in real-world business scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Create business-related prompts for AI chatbots
- Evaluate responses based on clarity, accuracy, and usefulness
- Provide structured feedback and comparative analysis
- Review customer interaction and business operation scenarios
- Work with spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business data
Requirements:
- Business owner experience or strong understanding of small business operations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable using AI tools and following evaluation guidelines
- Good communication and documentation skills
