The Company, Space Equipment (SE), designs and develops electronic products for use on satellites and launchers within Airbus Defence and Space as well as for external customers all over the world. The organization is based on 8 centres located in 5 countries: Germany, France Spain, United Kingdom and Holland. Since January 2016, SE has adopted an integrated working mode, within a matrix organizational structure.
In line with the change of Airbus Defence and Space from “2.0” to “4.0”, Space Equipment undertakes the same transformation, which is accompanied by a comprehensive improvement program all over the SE matrix. In order to execute all Transformation & Improvement activities efficiently and effectively, we have set up the position of a Project Officer with the associated processes/tools.
