The O&PS (Operations & Process Strategy) team is part of the CN and specialized in creating and optimizing all kind of productive processes from a Lean Six Sigma perspective and methodology. This O&PS team is formed by highly experienced professionals from different industries and covering disciplines such as:
Ø Operations Strategy
Ø Operations Management and Execution
Ø LSS process optimization and Continual Improvement
Ø LSS Organizational Transformations
Ø Business Process Management
Ø Manufacturing Maintenance
Ø Quality Management
Ø Digital Factory
As a Consultant part of the O&PS team, your key areas of responsibility include:
Ø Analyze client operations performance
Ø Identify and design basic solutions for client challenges
Ø Execute the implementation of operational improvements as part of the team
Ø Monitor and control the optimization of client processes
Ø Accelerate Organizational Changes
Ø LSS training & coaching
Ø Contribute to the O&PS practice by investigating state-of-the-art methodologies and future trends of LSS applications in different industries, as part of our internal continual improvement cycle.
Ø Industrial Engineering Master degree
Ø Post graduate degree in Business or Manufacturing Management
Ø Lean Six Sigma GB/BB trained (certified preferred)
Ø At least 2 years of experience in Operations Management related projects
Ø Experience in Production Planning and Materials Management
Ø At least 1 year of experience in Lean optimization projects
Ø Knowledge of Manufacturing Executions Systems
Ø Fluency in three languages (English or German included)
