Spanish Customer Service Representative

Grupo Norconsulting – Spain (Remote / Hybrid after relocation)

Location: On-site – Athens, Greece


Norconsulting is currently recruiting for a client for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and international team in Athens. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.


Full relocation and accommodation are covered from Spain to Greece, and after 2–3 months there is the option to return to Spain and continue working remotely.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction


What You Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or similar roles
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Good level of English for internal communication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach
