Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier crisis management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and supplier stakeholders to stabilize operations.
• Implement corrective actions and ensure continuity of supply chain processes.
• Lead change and transition initiatives to restore normal operations.
• Monitor and report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
• Drive industrialization efforts to prevent future disruptions.

Deliverables

• Crisis Management Plan tailored to supplier operations.
• Weekly status reports on recovery progress and risk assessment.
• Action plan for process stabilization and long-term improvements.
• Documentation of lessons learned and preventive measures for future incidents.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Line of Business (LOB) processes.
• Expertise in change and transition management.
• Ability to lead industrialization processes.
• Crisis resolution and decision-making under pressure.
• Availability to start ASAP
