Thanks to its complete global service network, COSCO SHIPPING has become a top international brand. The upstream- and downstream links along the industry chain, such as shipping, terminals, logistics, shipping finance, ship repair and shipbuilding, have formed a sound industrial structure. The Corporation has invested in 56 terminals, including 49 container terminals, all over the world.

For our subsidiary COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A., we are looking for a new team member focused on operator and BPS tasks, whose main responsibilities would include:

• Verification of new clients in IRIS4, ACZone, and Wimtruck.
• System operator tasks (ship unloading, data table maintenance, etc.).
• Calculation, review, and monitoring of KPI compliance.
• Generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handling user incidents via Jira.
• Administration of profiles and access to various systems.
• Preparation of proposals and development of European innovation projects.
• Development of local innovation projects (Wimtruck, e2rm, SIMPLE, … )
• Support in the management of quality certifications: AEO, ISO14001, EMAS, etc…
• Monitoring of incidents / control of company losses and shrinkage.

Requirements:

• B2 level of English is essential.
• The position requires an organized and methodical person who enjoys and is motivated by teamwork.
• The job will be on-site at the Valencia office.
• Knowledge of the logistics sector and quality certifications will be valued.
• Currently, no travel availability is required.
