Being part of the Vendor Management unit, this role will encompass the new end-to-end Vendor Management responsibility for Providers of Telefonica Business Solutions in South Eastern Europe (Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Greece, Rest of Balkans, Cyprus), Turkey, Israel. The Providers of this Region are identified as those providers that for Operational/Commercial reasons shall be managed from Vendor Management point of view from our EMEA Region, with the engagement being driven by Madrid/Spain. In addition to these Providers, the role may need to handle selective Central Providers. Overall the candidate shall be the owner of the cost budget & related economic targets associated with the following (key ones mentioned) Regional Providers: Spintek, Turk Telekom, O12 Smile, Vodafone Greece, Oteglobe, Invitel, Softnet, Akton, Vivacom, Telekom Romania, whilst constituting at the same time the key engagement entity of the relationship.
The role will have as key objectives executing the strategy including the end-to-end budget management activities, building & maintaining the relationship, and keeping up a day to day knowledge of transactional interactions ensuring the Operational Excellence of the Regional Providers’ Performance in terms of Customer Service Quality by leading associated operational reviews and Service Improvement Plans as appropriate.
