Leading Service development and Transformation Projects, maximizing customer satisfaction and cost efficiency through end to end service evaluation and operations improvement plan

Purpose & Scope

 

• Lead  virtual team developing  end to end Service Developments and Special Projects across the company:  MNCs, Corporate and Wholesale market

• Understand market needs and identify opportunities

• Plan, control and follow-up of  developments requested by internal/external  Clients as well as lifecycle management.

• Team engagement with other colleagues in B2B Customer Service & Operations (Global Network & Platforms, IT, Global Architecture Transformation &Customer Experience) and Multinational Business Unit (Product Marketing, Presales/Sales…)

• End to end  Quality management of the developments.

• Manage, conduct and assure end-to-end Project delivery, according to the P&S roadmap.

• Ensure the P&S roadmap on-time delivery with a permanent contact with all the stakeholders, addressing any priority changes

• Collaborate on defining the P&S budget and define business tracking KPIs for the services under its responsibility.

• Manage customer satisfaction and expectations to include them into the service definition & execution

• Manage the product/service development team (Technical responsible, Integration Manager…), being the final accountable person to execute the project scope in time, quality and budget.

• Lead the Governance process during project development ensuring.

                > High level issues are escalated appropriately

                > Change management processes are reinforced

• Ensure project deliverables are assumed by the receiving departments

• To elaborate the Time Plans and prepare economic valuations: based on the suppliers quotations and contributions from the technical team members.

• Produce and guarantee availability of all necessary documentation and materials needed (technical document, service manual, commercial procedure, service operations manual, …)

• To lead the interaction between technical, process and IT areas (Global and Local).

• Create regular updates on business performance for senior management

• To ensure a consistent level of service is delivered according to the best-in-class standards

 

Also required:

 

• Project managemente through standards (PMI, ITIL, eTOM), Quality  (Lean  Six Sigma, etc) and  AGILE methodologies

• Ability to lead, participate and produce UAT/Testing plans.

• Global IT architecture TBSOLUTIONS knowledge desired (FAST, SF BI-EN/INFINITY, IRB, DW, PANGEA, NSIM, INFOVISTA, BSM, RoD, Tableau, ARAMIS, CTI- Navita).

• KPIs and  SLO-SLA’s management

• Technical knowledge for systems configuration in  TBSOLUTIONS systems  (SalesForce, Netcracker, IRB, DW, PANGEA, NSIM, INFOVISTA, BSM, RoD, Tableau, ARAMIS, CTI- Navita).

• Programming lenguages desired (Visual Basic .NET,  Java, C/C++/C#, Python, J2EE, HTML, XML, etc.).

 

    Engineering degree, Information Systems Degree. Business Administration & Economics desirable.

At least 5 years of experience in Service Development working in  various of the following  areas:

>Video Conferencing and Telepresencia

> Web Conferencing

> Telefonía TDM and SIP Trunking

> UCC (On-Prem, Hibridas y Full Cloud) con tecnologías lideres (CISCO, MSFT, BSFT, ACME, etc); así como Integración Multiservicio con servicios de DATOS (VPN MPLS, INTERNET IP-SEC, LAN, etc)

> WebRTC

>  International Wholesale Voice IP-TDM (Networking ERICSSON e ITATEL, y BSS SUBEX, ASCADE y TELARIX Mandatory)

> IPX Networking

> EMM (Enterprise Managed Mobility) & Telecom Expense Management Tools

>Mobile Communications (Voz, Datos, Mensajería A2P, P2P, comunicaciones multicanal…)

> Mobile Security: MDM (Mobile Device Management), MTP (Mobile Threat Protection)

 

Negotiation skills, ability to interface with external providers and various international teams and product management experience.

Spanish (Fluent/Native), English (Highly Proficient), Portuguese (Desirable)
