Job Description

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • ·         Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
  • ·         Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.  Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
  • ·         Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
  • ·         Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
  • ·         Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

 

This roll will be first point of contact for resources supported in the following areas: Career development, scheduling, skill building, and performance. Help identify and propose right talent from a resource pool and for managing/monitoring aggregate level productivity targets. Drive ongoing coaching conversations as a regular part of employee’s staffing and development experience. Help employees navigate the organization, and provide advice about broader performance and career goals in the context of scheduling. 


Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration or Human Resources
  • High level of English
  • 2-5  years of experience in Talent Management.
