Some of the main responsibilities will be:

-Definition of Operational efficiency plans (cost optimization, sizing)

-Design and implementation of executive Balance Scorecard and Dashboards

-Analysis and optimization of business processes and risks.

-Improvement Projects, centralization / outsourcing/ offshoring functions.

-Organizational diagnosis and operational excellence improvement

-Process design and re-engineering improvement of the end-to -end cycle of the credit cycle (intake, sanction, and formalization).

-Development of strategies for enhancing customer experience, procurement processes

-Change management (office networks and back office operations).
