DTC eCom Buyer/Planner EU – Barcelona / Hybrid

Join the Revelyst Adventure Sports team (Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, & CamelBak). You will own the EU DTC assortment, inventory, and trading strategy to maximize net sales and margins across our digital storefronts.

The Mission: Own the EU DTC inventory and trading strategy. You will combine disciplined seasonal planning with in-season optimization (OTB ownership) and modernize planning through advanced analytics and AI-enabled forecasting.

Core Accountabilities:

• Seasonal Assortment & Buy Planning: Build EU buy plans, own channel differentiation (exclusives), and ensure launch readiness on SFRA storefronts.
• OTB & Inventory Optimization: Own weekly trading cadence (WOS, sell-through, stockouts) and execute replenishment or markdown decisions.
• Demand Planning Integration: Build rolling demand forecasts and scenarios aligned with marketing calendars and supply chain commitments.
• Merch Reporting & BI: Deliver weekly/monthly reports by category and SKU, automating insights through Power BI / Looker.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM/Marketing on promo plans and Finance on margin drivers.

What you bring:

• Experience: 4–8 years in eCommerce merchandising, buying, or planning (DTC/Retail preferred).
• Technical Stack: Advanced Excel and quantitative skills. Knowledge of Power BI / Looker and SFCC (SFRA).
• Expertise: Strong understanding of OTB discipline, inventory data flows (ERP/OMS), and forecasting methods.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Economics.
