Role Description

This is a part time (20hr) on-site role for a Studio Administrator at BITSCAPES in Valencia with a potential of growing into full time position. If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, thrive in dynamic environments, and love being at the center of a creative workspace, we’d love to hear from you. As our Studio Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both daily studio operations and long-term organizational needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing studio correspondence, calls, and scheduling
• Organizing meetings, travel, and internal calendars
• Handling basic accounting tasks (invoices, receipts, vendor coordination)
• Supporting HR processes (contracts, onboarding, documentation)
• Maintaining studio supplies, equipment, and workspace organization
• Assisting with project documentation, filing, and administrative workflows
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Helping prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
• Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, MS Office; knowledge of design studio tools is a plus)
• Previous administrative or studio management experience (architectural/creative background preferred, but not required)
• A friendly, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Legal right to work in Spain
