We are looking for an Investor Relations Specialist who will join the Investor Relation Department with the following but not limited responsabilities:

1. Financial reporting & materials

• Analyze the company’s performance, market dynamics and business trends to support management reporting and investor communications.
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting materials, including results presentations and related supporting documents.
• Contribute to the development and review of the Annual Integrated Report.
• Prepare additional materials for Capital Markets Day, Investor Days, and other corporate events.
• Prepare and update corporate presentations, quarterly and annual reports, factsheets and other financial communication materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with messaging.

2. Market analysis

• Prepare and present regular and ad‑hoc reports on the company’s financial and share price performance, sector benchmarks, investor sentiment, and broader market trends.
• Conduct research on industry peers and competitors to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Review equity research reports on Técnicas Reunidas and its peers and provide internal insights.

3. Communication with analysts & investor

• Support the management of analyst consensus, ensuring accurate monitoring and internal communication of estimates.
• Address inquiries and requests from investors and analysts, delivering clear, well‑supported and timely information.
• Monitor external analyst publications to identify key messages, risks and opportunities.

4. Investor meetings & events

• Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of investor meetings, conferences and roadshows.
• Participate in meetings and events with investors, including sector conferences and roadshows.

5. Other

• Maintain and regularly update the Investor CRM, including interaction logging, contact management and investor segmentation.
• Manage and update the IR section of the corporate website, ensuring information is accurate, timely and compliant.
• Support processes related to regulatory disclosures, official communications and required documentation.
• Ensure consistency of the corporate messaging across all external communications and investor materials.

Required profile and experience

▪Master’s degree in Finance or any related field. Master Degree will be an asset.

▪ From 3 o 5 years of experience in a similar responsabilities or Investor Relations Department in publicly listed companies.

▪High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and reporting/analitical tools.

▪Full professional proficiency in English.

▪Availability to travel frequently,

▪Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders or investors.
