PI Engineer – Pharma Manufacturing (Madrid, Spain)

2–3 days/week onsite | Fluent Spanish & English | Start: April 2026

Ready to drive digital transformation in pharma? We’re seeking a PI Engineer to spearhead continuous improvement and digitization across manufacturing, quality, and regulatory operations at our Madrid site.

In this role, you will:

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods
• Support the implementation and optimization of Veeva Vault applications
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Manufacturing to digitize and streamline GxP workflows
• Analyze processes and design scalable digital solutions
• Develop and maintain SOPs and validation documentation
• Ensure compliance with GxP and global regulatory standards
• Train users and provide ongoing support for digital systems
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement with KPI monitoring

What you bring:

• Strong process engineering background in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent IT skills; hands-on Veeva Vault experience a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Passion for digital transformation and operational excellence
• Experience in GxP environments and process validation
