About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Multilingual Content Creator & International Coordinator to join our team full-time in Alcobendas, Madrid.

This role combines hands-on content creation with creative coordination across international markets. You will not only create content yourself — including appearing on camera — but also help define content formats and coordinate international teams and creators to produce locally relevant versions aligned with the same creative direction.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media content for Hellofun, including appearing on camera
• Help define content ideas, formats, and creative guidelines for different platforms
• Coordinate international teams and external creators to produce content adapted to local markets
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, creative quality, and messaging across countries
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goals
• Support social media planning and content calendar development

Requirements

• Experience creating video content for social media
• Confidence and strong presence on camera
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to develop repeatable content formats
• Experience coordinating projects, creators, or teams
• Strong communication skills for both audience engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Good understanding of international markets and cultural nuances
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
