At LaFinteca, we’re building the future of payments in LATAM - and we need a Account Specialist (Partnerships) to help grow and manage our supplier network. You’ll connect with partners, support product expansion, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your mission:

• Find & connect with suppliers: Identify potential partners, gather info, and establish strong relationships.
• Negotiate & close deals: Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements that make sense for LaFinteca.
• Work across teams: Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure partnerships support our goals.
• Support onboarding & integration: Make joining LaFinteca easy and seamless for new partners.
• Expand our network: Attend events, explore opportunities, and help LaFinteca grow in LATAM.
• Collaborate with executives: Work with C-level to align partnerships with business strategy.

Your profile

• Curious about fintech and LATAM payments.
• Strong relationship builder and negotiator.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Works well with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a bonus.
• Comfortable with Confluence, Jira, Slack.
