Service Coach (Part-Time)

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Service Coach (15–20 hours/week) to support our students in their learning journey and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the center.

Salary: €7,100–€9,490 gross annually (based on 15–20 hours/week)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, student-facing role combining customer service, basic sales support, and coaching. It is ideal for someone early in their career or looking for part-time work in an international, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for a group of students, supporting their progress and experience
• Build positive relationships and encourage consistent participation
• Conduct short check-ins to keep students motivated and on track

Retention & Communication

• Follow up with students via calls and messages to encourage bookings and attendance
• Support re-engagement of inactive students
• Help maintain a high level of student satisfaction

Sales & Front Desk Support

• Assist with inbound inquiries and walk-ins
• Support the sales team with basic follow-up and student communication
• Promote the value of the Wall Street English method

Operations

• Help manage class bookings and scheduling
• Support daily center operations and maintain a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth student experience

Basic Teaching Support

• Support onboarding sessions for new students
• Provide light coaching and encouragement (training provided)

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the EU
• Fluent in Spanish and good level of English (B2 minimum)
• Comfortable speaking with people and making outbound calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Basic computer skills

Ideal Profile

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or similar
• Interest in education, languages, or working with people
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
