About the Role

Multi-Wing is looking for a Production Planner to support and drive efficient production execution at our plant in La Roca.

This role is essential in ensuring that customer demand is translated into realistic and achievable production plans, balancing capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements.

You will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics to maintain a stable production flow, support operational performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain short- and mid-term production plans aligned with customer demand
• Convert customer orders into production orders in the ERP system
• Sequence and prioritize production to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans based on changes in demand, capacity, or material availability

Order & Material Coordination

• Ensure material availability by coordinating with procurement and inventory teams
• Monitor stock levels and component constraints, highlighting risks proactively
• Support capacity planning and identify bottlenecks in production or supply

ERP & Master Data Management

• Maintain accurate master data in ERP (BoMs, routings, lead times, planning parameters)
• Ensure consistency between planning data and actual production execution
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and system usage

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key link between Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain
• Align delivery commitments with operational capabilities
• Participate in regular planning and production meetings, providing clear updates and visibility

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Track and support KPIs related to delivery performance, adherence to plan, and inventory levels
• Identify inefficiencies in planning and propose improvements
• Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within operations

Your Profile:

Experience & Background

• 2–5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Engineering degree will be an added value
• Experience in an industrial or mechanical manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (e.g. D365, Dynamics, SAP, or similar)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of:
• Production planning & scheduling
• BoMs and routings
• Inventory and material flow
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills across functions
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on execution

Language & Systems

• Fluent in Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken)
• Good proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Knowledge of planning tools (MRP, capacity planning) is an advantage
