The opportunity
Barcelona continues to attract international entrepreneurs, executives and family offices. As demand within the prime rental segment grows, we are strengthening our team with a commercially astute Luxury Rental Advisor specialising in premium rentals.
This is a high-impact advisory role combining luxury real estate, international client management and structured revenue growth.
You will operate within a curated portfolio, advising high-net-worth individuals and relocation clients while contributing directly to one of VDB’s core business lines.
Key responsibilities
• Manage and strategically prioritise high-value international inbound enquiries
• Convert qualified prospects into exclusive VDB clients through relationship and trust based advisory
• Curate and present premium rental properties within Barcelona’s prime residential areas
• Conduct private viewings with professionalism and advisory authority
• Structure and negotiate agreements aligned with profitability standards
• Maintain disciplined CRM management and accurate pipeline reporting
• Contribute to weekly performance and revenue reviews
• Build long-term client relationships generating repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with Business Development to align portfolio acquisition with real-time demand
Profile
• 3–5 years’ experience in prime residential real estate, boutique property firms or high-end hospitality
• Proven track record in closing high-value transactions
• Strong knowledge of Barcelona’s prime areas
• Experience working with international clients and executive relocation profiles
• Comfortable operating within a CRM-driven, KPI-structured environment
• Fluent English, conversational Spanish (additional languages advantageous)
